All sales are final unless we have misrepresented this information.           Shipping Due to the amount that is in this lot--I have to put into 2 Priority Boxes in order to ship. One of the boxes is a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box , the other is a Priority Mail Mailing Box. These are packed full. This is why I have to charge $19.95 for the shipping. Insurance is optional. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left my hands. I can not help what goes on at the Postal Office.
