UN-42 V-nailer on stand, pneumatically operated (with foot pedal). Fiac ¾ HP air compressor. Frame Square Maxi-Mitre Framer with foot pedal. Frame Square Mini-Mite Framer with foot pedal. One home-made 45 degree angle mitre sanding unit (precision made by my retired machinist Father who is a perfectionist). One Rexon 1 ½ HP 10” contractors table-saw with cast iron table and various extras. (This is a Rockwell knock-off that I purchased new from my Uncle who was an expert in the tool field. My Dad and I adjusted the arbor run-out to less than 0.003 – this is insane, I told you my Dad is a perfectionist!) Two air nail guns. One Seal Model 3646 M-HS Vacuseal, hot/cold dry mount press with stand and perforator. One Fletcher 60“ 3100 wall glass and mat cutter with stops and all accessories. One Fletcher 60“ 2100 mat cutter missing a few easily replaceable parts, as used strictly as a straight edge cutter/trimmer due to having a CMC. One Chandler heat-shrink packager (missing heat gun – never used much due to bags on the market now). One Ideal #110A 43” Kutrimmer – hardly used, table now has chip in it during moving, can be easily & cheaply replaced. Fifteen 4’ X 10” triangular carpeted molding sample display units. All necessary hand tools, point guns, etc. too numerous to list but all required in the custom framing operation. Various other articles that are required to set this operation up and have it in running condition from Day 1! One single roll vertical paper cutter 50” in height. Three 24” to 30” horizontal roll dispensers. Three mat caddies and mat samples. One Makita 10” chop/mitre saw. This equipment was initially purchased Brand New in 1990 by a retired millionaire who was bored and decided he would become an art and framing material wholesaler along with offering custom framing. This equipment was the “Cadillac” of the industry at that time! Sadly for him, framing was not his strong suit and he promptly lost $250 K over his first five years of the overall operation and the equipment was hardly used during this period. I purchased the equipment in the Spring of ‘96 and operated the equipment on a full-time basis for two years. After that my attention wandered to other business ventures and the equipment was used less and less as time passed. Since September 11, 2001 the equipment has been used sparingly but remains in very good working order. My other business ventures now occupy my attention full-time and so I offer you this sweet deal. I am canceling my lease on the premises where this equipment is housed at the end of April 2008 and want to move this equipment FAST!
