It is machine made and beautifully machine quilted (by me!), and includes a sleeve on the back for hanging. What can I say?  This quilt is adorable!  It is a sample of my Party Frocks Pattern, made to showcase the beautiful Day Z fabric collection by Lakehouse Dry Goods.   Each of the three blocks is a 3-dimensional sundress - the skirts lift off the surface of the quilt.   This quilt is beautifully free-motion quilted in swirls and loops around each block and in the borders.  All quilting is free-motion, with no marking. Threads were chosen to mostly blend with the colors in the quilt, providing a subtle detail seen mostly close up (you can see this in each of the detailed pictures above). The back is a combination of pink dot fabrics. This quilt is charming, and would be a perfect gift for a little girl to hang in their room.  It's the perfect size for hanging on a door. All quilts are from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
