No two are ever alike!! Though the color palette she uses in her fabric choices are similar, and the squares are always done on a natural muslin background, she chooses from a wide variety of 12-inch square designs and fabrics.  Some of the 30 squares are pieced; others are appliqued; some have added embroidery trim, etc.  The crowning touch is the 15-inch wide border that is appliqued with vines, 123 leaves, and 24 flowers. The backing and binding are natural muslin. Mom machine pieces, appliques and quilts. This quilt is quite large at 90 x 101".  A Queen mattress measures 60 x 80" (Full is 54 x 75"), so you can get an idea of how the quilt will overhang your mattress.
