This fan is made with Western Scrub Jay tail feathers and highlighted with a very pale yellow parakeet tail feather. Each feather has been wrapped with a leather shroud and then highlighted with sculpted feathers. All mediums are natural products, leather , metal beads and real horse hair. This is a full tail feather fan and is ready to use for smudging or ceremony. All my feathers are either bought or found, there was no intentional death to any bird collecting these feathers. I have spent many hours sculpting the decor feathers and wrapping each individually. I am also a certified pipe maker through ceremony so each fan has been prayed for in a pipe ceremony. These are 100% natural uncolored, unprocessed. Straight from the bird to you. They are mite free, I freeze the feathers before I use them to make sure. As you can see in the pictures, this fan is in good condition with only natural wear. This Fan is 15" in length from the bottom of the handle to the tip and 4" at its widest point.
